Once the sketch proposals are approved, we would advise on the requirement for Planning Permission, and if neccessary a Planning Application would be lodged to the relevant Local Authority, on your behalf. Other permissions may be required to be sought from the Local Authority (Listed Building Consent, Conservation Area Consent etc.) and we will handle these applications for you. Drawings would be developed to include floor plans, site plans, elevations and 3D visuals to support a Planning Application and best showcase your project.
